i have another user who has the same issue. I entered QAT-8501 for this but need some help reproducing this.
can you do the following?
1) Open the Pivot grid in TDP 3.8. RIght click and chose Edit Undrlying SQL. Copy the SQL into an SQL editor.
2) Keep the SQL editor focused and generate support bundle from the Help menu. Chose 'No' when it asks you about row number.
3) Post or email directly to the complete support bundle (I need several files in there) and the pivot grid file that won't open in TDP 4.0.
